Do you design lighting plans?

Yes, we do! At Lux HQ, our team includes a qualified electrician and a qualified interior designer who work together to create lighting plans that are unique, functional, and inspiring.

Is everything you offer listed on your website?

Not at all! We work with many suppliers and carry a wide range of products beyond what’s shown online. If you're after something specific, just reach out — we love the challenge of sourcing the perfect fittings for our clients.

Where do you ship to?

We ship Australia wide, if you spend over $100 the shipping fee is free!

How long will it take to ship my order?

We do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible!

If the item is in stock at our showroom, it’s usually shipped within 2 business days.

If the item needs to be sent from our warehouse, please allow 7–10 business days.

While we strive to keep our stock availability accurate, occasional discrepancies can happen. If an item isn’t immediately available, it may need to be specially ordered — in such cases, shipping may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated!

What is your return policy?

At Lux Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines:

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
After 7 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

Conditions for Returns
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
Items that show signs of installation, damage, wear or do not have their original packaging will not be eligible for return.

Restocking Fees
A 10% restocking fee applies to all stocked items.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-stocked or special-order items.

Sale & Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items are strictly non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Change of Mind
Returns based on change of mind are subject to approval and are not guaranteed. Lux Lighting reserves the right to decline a return if the item was correctly supplied.

Return Shipping
If the item was shipped, return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
